The request form asks for your name, phone number, optional email, pickup location, vehicle, destination, and a description of the situation. Do not submit payment card details, identification documents, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

When online requests are enabled, the information is emailed to our dispatch inbox to review your request, contact you, and arrange assistance if available. It is not used by this website to sign you up for marketing.

Website operation

The request pages use a temporary session cookie for form security. A short-lived technical record is used to limit repeated submissions. Hosting systems may keep access logs, including IP addresses. Submitted requests remain in the dispatch email system according to our business record practices.
